NOMINATIONS for ELECTION

of TWO TRUSTEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the term of office of Trustee for Paora Paatu Hunia and Clifford Tukiwaho Te Riini will expire after the Annual General Meeting which is to be held on 20 November 2021 and nominations are sought for replacement trustees. The retiring trustees are eligible for re-election.
The remaining trustees will continue in office with the term of office for Rae Beverley Adlam and Faylene Karen Ngareta Tunui to expire after the Annual General Meeting due to be held in November 2022 and the term of office for Graham Kahu Te Rire, Ani Te Waikaretu Wickliffe and Karilyn Sharlene Kararaina Te Riini to expire after the Annual General Meeting due to be held in November 2023.

Nominations for the two trustee positions must be made on the Nomination Form available from the Registered Office. Completed Nomination Forms must be received either by email, post or delivered to the Registered Office, no later than 5pm, Wednesday 13 October 2021.
